The Mindfulness-based stress reduction program teaches the ability to cultivate deeper levels of care and compassion, invites us to take more responsibility for the care of our health and well-being, and contribute to the reduction of physical and mental stress associated with States of imbalance, suffering and disease.

The program MBSR is a program that consists in improving the capacity of be fully present in the here and now, including all that which forms part of the present moment as most of the time the mind comes and goes constantly between the past and the future, rejecting or sticking to what at that moment it's up live. In this way the mind is present in the here and now for a short time.
